I was photographing flowers in the Biblical Garden at the Church of the Wayfarer in Carmel one April day in 1999 when I came across a tulip that was missing a petal. It offered an unexpected inside view of the flower. If you look closely you can see a tiny bug who seems to have found a safe and happy place to be.
